Nice post. I agree that you need to put a wish list together…but sometimes, it’s tough to know where to get started. Although open houses are a great way to get a feel for things, it’s also important to have the right agent representing you. Yes, this can be intimidating…but nonetheless, they are the experts and should be able to help you look proactively for properties that will suit your needs for both the short and long term. And, I wouldn’t suggest using the agent that’s doing the open house as you need to find someone that will represent you in your best interest.
